Wow. The bats sure came alive this afternoon as the Titans put on a hitting clinic against the Puyallup Sharks. In both the first and second innings, the Titans batted around, with plenty of clutch base hits. Everyone got into the action in the first 2 innings not only with their bats with some seriously heads up baserunning as well.
Jack Flynn pitched 3 shutout innings, and "The Closer", Michael Attalah shut the door in the 4th to seal the victory for the Titans.
The Titans have clinched a 4th place berth, having given up only 3 runs this tournament so far. They'll face off at 10:10am on Sunday and start on the road to the championship.
