- We will run until the opposition proves it can throw us out

- We teach Visualization as the key to both success and failure
- We believe that Failure is an event, not a person
- We will say a prayer before every game and practice, and will invite the opposing team to join us.

Playing time is a privilege, not a right.
Players earn playing time through their performance: both on and off the field. Players not meeting our standards and expectations will not play. Players that exhibit poor sporsmanship during a game will be sat down. Players will be given every chance to earn quality playing time through practice, skills evaluations, and game production.
Titans and Saints Teams: Same Program, different purposes.
"The Saints" - Our Saints program exists solely for player development, and to provide a less competitive, fun playing environment. The focus of our Saints program is heavily weighted towards skill building and game awareness. With The Saints, players will be exposed to all positions, and will be rotated in and out of the lineup on a more regular, recurring basis. Our primary goal with this program is to grow players and to have a great time playing baseball.
"The Titans" - Our Titans Program is much more focused on winning and game day performance. While we still devote an abundance of time towards player development, players in our Titans program have assumed ownership of their positions. We focus more on advanced game situations, defensive plays, and a much more aggressive offense. Our Titans teams are limited to 10 players.
Players are very often moved up or down between Titans and Saints as needs dictate.
