Lord,
We thank you for this day and for the opportunity to play the game of baseball with our friends and teammates.
We ask that you bless this field, the players, coaches, and umpires ... that you allow us to all reach our potential.
We pray, Lord, that we will play today in a way that pleases you ... with heart, with respect, and with sportsmanship.
Lord, watch over this field, and be with each of us today.
